在农业领域，水果分级和蔬菜分类是一项重要且具有挑战性的任务。目前的水果和蔬菜分类是由人类手动完成的，这导致性能不一致。外部环境对手动分类有影响。有时，要找一个水果或蔬菜分级专家很有挑战性，而且这个人的表现可能会在一段时间内停滞不前。随着计算机技术和多光谱摄像系统的发展，实现高效的水果分级或蔬菜分类系统成为可能。本文综述了基于多光谱成像的水果自动分级和蔬菜分类系统。

Literature Review on Multi-spectral imaging for fruits and vegetable

Abstract

In the field of agriculture fruit grading and vegetable classification is an important and challenging task. The current fruit and vegetable classifications are done manually by humans, which results in inconsistent performance. There is an influence of external surroundings on this manual classification. Sometimes getting an expert fruit or vegetable grader, is challenging and the performance of that person may become stagnant over some time. With the recent development in computer technology and multi-spectral camera system, it is possible to achieve an efficient fruit grading or vegetable classification system. In this paper, we summarize different automated fruit grading as well as vegetable classification system, which is based on multi -spectral imaging.
